According to Subramanyam Swamy sir the case against DB order on APTECH will be listed for argument on 15th of March in SC Supreme Court of India. He also made it clear that the union government stands no chance since their is a SC judgement that bars the type of order passed by Divisional Bench of Jammu and Kashmir High Court against Jammu and Kashmir service Selection board JKSSB.
