Northern Eastern Railway invites online application form Indian citizens who posses proscribed sports qualifications described below, for Recruitment against Sports Quota for the year of 2021-22 of Group C posts.

Qualification For the Posts having Grade Pay 1900/2000 is:-
12th Pass or its equivalent.
For the post having Grade Pay 2400 (Technician) is:-
12th Pass in science i.e Maths or Physics or equivalent.
Eligible Age of the candidates:-
18-25 years as on 01-07-2022
Note. No age relaxation is permissible.

For candidates belonging to SC, ST, EX SERVICEMEN, Person with benchmark disability, Womens, Minorities And economically backward classes.

For all other candidates.

Candidate should read all the instructions carefully befor applying for any post.
Candidate must follow step by step procedure available on website to submit online application.
Candidate must fill all the required information in online application form.
Candidate must upload his her recent photograph and signature in online application form.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RECRUITMENT:
(i) Before applying online application form, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfils all the eligibility norms like qualifications, age etc
(ii) The candidate must mention specific position played in the particular game/event if applicable, in the application form.
(iii) The Educational or Sports qualifications shall not be considered if they are acquired after the date of application.
(iv) Those Candidates who are furnishing false
information/suppressing the facts will be disqualified and shall be liable for debarment and legal action. Candidates who attempt fraud/impersonation are liable for debarment to appear in the future examinations conducted for recruitment in Railways.
(v) Before appointment Candidate(s) have to pass the prescribed medical examination conducted by the Railway Administration.
(vi) Mere fulfilling minimum eligibility criteria for recruitment or selection of candidates and
recommendation for their appointment shall not confer any right on the candidates for their appointment
in Railway.
(vii) Candidates belonging to SC & ST communities will be given Second Class free journey pass from the nearest Railway Station mentioned in the application form whenever they are called at any stage of recruitment.
(viii) The person appointed against Sports Quota in the category of clerks will be required to possess proficiency in typing within a period of four years from the date of appointment. If the candidate does not acquire prescribed typing qualification within the stipulated period, increments due after four years and thereafter shall not be released.
(ix) Candidates should be in
readiness to appear in the trials ata very short notice.
Note: (1) In case of difference between English and Hindi versions of the Employment Notice the English version shall prevail.
(2) The decision of RRC/NER in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or
rejection of the application, issue of the free journey pass, penalty for false information, mode of selection, conduct of trial, trial venue, and all other matters related with recruitment process will be final and binding on the candidates. Any enquiry or correspondence will not be entertained in this connection.
(3) Railway Administration will not be liable/responsible for any loss/injury/damage, whether direct or
consequential, suffered/incurred by any candidates during the recruitment process.
(4) Any legal issues arising out of or in connection with this employment notice shall fall within the legal jurisdiction of Central
Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad.
